
Suchita Senthil Kumar is a poet from Bengaluru, India. She is the editor-in-chief of Zhagaram Literary Magazine and reviews submissions for Frontier Poetry. Her work has been published in Josephine Quarterly, Aser Lit and Corvid Queen among others. She makes life decisions asking herself one question: Will Bharathiyar be proud?

​Exhibited oeuvre of visual poems at IFBE, Mumbai on 30th January 2026 for which she was interviewed by the Mumbai Mirror. Was invited to exhibit the same in the Kala Ghoda Arts Festival on 3rd February 2026.

She emerged as the winner of St. Joseph College's Inter-University Poetry Contest and was selected by UNICEF for a global initiative bringing together young poets to create A Mixtape for Hope. Rooted in Bharatanatyam, her foundation encompasses an Arangetram and a diploma in the classical form.​

Was Staff Writer for Outlander Zine for two years. She contributed short stories to the online magazine every month. Apart from that, she has contributed to The Lab where she interviews acclaimed and rising creatives.
Volunteered as Staff Blogger for The Poetry Cove where she ran a monthly prompt blog series. More than writing poetry, she loves reading the poems that were inspired by her prompts.
Her team, The CUBS, won the Group Writer Challenge 2021 at The Writer's Workout. She won Second Runner Up at the Writing Hat January 2022 Contest for the theme of New Beginnings.​
